Working with vintage watches to create beautiful new jewellery
Small Ridge started in 2017 when my sister asked me to make a set of cufflinks for the best man at a friends weddings, now we sell to shops in Greenwich, St Pancras International Station, Dartmouth, Stafford, Lichfield, Bristol and Harrogate. I have always tinkered with vintage watches and being a typical boy I have taken everything apart to see how it works (never being able to put it back together again) but the watches struck a cord and I realised how many new things could be made out of just one watch and so Small Ridge became a business, I make cufflinks, brooches, rings and lapel pins from the internal watch workings and necklaces, bracelets and earrings from the watch faces. Pure upcycling magic!
