Epic offers Adults Martial Arts & Kids Karate lessons in Moseley and Balsall Heath. Classes for; adults/children, males/females, experienced/beginners. Originally a Go Ju Ryu club, Epic has expanded to blend kickboxing techniques with wrestling, BJJ and ju jitsu moves to provide a complete martial art. Using cutting edge sports science to teach effective self-defence quickly and improve martial arts ability while developing confidence and fitness. In addition to the regular tuition there are martial arts fitness training classes while private or small group classes and larger seminars can be arranged.
