We're a national firm with over 1,600 employees and over 260 partners generating a fee income of £190 million which positions us as one of the leading mid-tier accountancy firms. With a network of 28 offices across the UK, we are your local firm with national strength.
Our history
Baker Tilly can trace its origins back to 1865, to the firm of Walter Howard. Since then we've grown from strength to strength.
Transitional, historical name changes and mergers with many different firms have brought us to where we are today. We arrived at Baker Tilly in 1988 through a merger between Baker Rooke and Howard Tilly.
Today Baker Tilly is the 7th largest accountancy and business advisory firm in the UK, with over 500% growth between 1990 and the present day.
