Liars and Thieves. Do not use Avoid with a Passion

Lots hundreds of £s of laundry. Said they would sort out and replace/pay for. We were decent and return items that were not ours which were plenty and then never heard from them again. They are liars and thieves and you should avoid them if you want to keep your linens. Quality of washing was excellent in the early days but as they got busier far too many stains and no fabric softener used. Such as shame as started off promising and then just ended up like every other poorly run money grabbing business owner by unprofessional people.
