My Plumber was set up by Angela Lyons-Glasson, ex-city lawyer. The company is based in Chiswick's Grove Park area and we serve the local community's plumbing and heating needs. The work is carried out by qualified and experienced plumbers who know their trade well and who are committed to providing clients with a great service. As well as being good plumbers, we understand the importance of communication, consideration and reliability. We are the winners of the London round of Britain's Favourite Plumber 2005.

What clients want...

I am probably the only woman owner of a plumbing company! My entire life is spent trying to work out what my clients want and providing a service that makes people feel they have spent their money well by using us. It is not easy! Plumbing itself is not an industry for the weak! plumbers and heating engineers have their own schdules and learning how to tame a few has been an interesting challenge for me. I have the best team...I am lucky! I work hard but enjoy what I do and at the end of the day, when people actually bother to call and tell us that they are impressed, I realise why I do this job. But...it doesn't stop here...I have lots of ideas that I will bring to the table over the next few years!! Anyway, just wondering what all this blogging is about !!!
