About Us

Who are we?

AV Access Control began in 1996 as an importer/distributor of door entry equipment - primarily equipment manufactured by Aci Farfisa (Italy) -- under the name BC Access Control. The name change occurred in 2004 when employees of the company were given the opportunity to purchase the company's assets. AV Access Control continues to supply Aci Farfisa as its flagship products, alongside selected quality products from respected manufacturers.

We are currently based in Hampshire and provide a large range of access control equipment to wholesalers and installers across the UK. We pride ourselves on our excellent telephone technical support, which we have begun supplementing with our new detailed technical support web

What do we offer?
AV Access Control Ltd offers a comprehensive selection of access control equipment and are able to assist in choosing the best solution to suit your needs. We can supply systems in analogue, digital or semi-digital formats, using standard-, reduced- or two-wire for easy installation, with an extensive range of keypads and proximity control. All of our external units are in weather-proof housings, with vandal resistant finishes.

We also supply stainless steel or brass door stations, with or without proximity readers or keypads. For more information about this service please contact us, as much of the information has yet to be added to our website.

What can we do?
We're always happy to help people diagnose problems with existing Farfisa systems, and are well-practised in advising customers on which of our current products are backwards-compatible with systems which are no longer manufactured.

If you have a piece of Farfisa equipment which you can't identify, just send us a clear picture of it by email and we will do our best to help you.
