Terrible standards

Mike has worked at my cottages 3 times now, employed by tenants. I used him once..Never again. Appalling standards, dirt & dust left from beams, ceilings , floor & skirting boards, extractor fan left Full of dirt. Photos held & EPS exit review held as proof of the low standards that this man & his company consider as acceptable? Sofas left with food remains below the cushions, sink with remains of waste left on full view. The standards are very low, absolutely NO attention to any detail, generally poor throughout.
