Happy Chappy.
Went in on saturday after registering our staffie Alfie.
We had previously had a bad experience with Ark Vets around the corner so we were apprehensive.
We saw a lovely vet called Jon who was very patient and kind to our overly excited dog! He thoroughly checked over Alfie and did not seem intimidated by his size and strength and was very confident.
He perscribed some ear drops which he gave us so we didn't need to go to the pharmacy and also gave him his jabs.
We also were dealt with by a lovely lady on the reception desk (sorry I didn't get her name!) who explained the bill to us and a pet plan.
We now have a very happy chappy- thank you!
