Very disappointing - totally inefficient

I came out of hospital with no supplies. That was on a Monday. The District Nurse visited me on the Tuesday, realised it was an Emergency and placed an immediate prescription with this pharmacist. Nothing happened. When she phoned on Thursday, they promised a delivery that day. Nothing happened. It is now the weekend and nothing has happened, no one has contacted me. Very poor service. It looks like it's going to be a week before anything arrives. I'm really sorry to be a bother to them, but obviously the needs of the patient come second to their own inconvenience.
