Our instructors are all highly experienced and competent in their field of expertise, they are highly regarded within their profession by the colleagues. All instructors have a minimum of 10 years experience in their field.

MIRA Course Overview

Elbrus Solutions MiRA Tier 1 & Expedition Medic course, which is endorsed by the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, is 7 Days in total and has been designed by our highly experienced instructors, who all have current and up to date experience of providing Pre-Hospital care in hostile and remote areas.

All instructors come from the Royal Army Medic Corps and other military services, two are HCP Paramedics who have served with 22 SAS, you can be assured that they will instruct using their excellent knowledge and skills, and also their real life experiences of casualty care.

Our course has been designed for individuals who work in Close Protection, Hostile Close Protection, TV news crews, Oil and Gas workers, expeditions, emergency services, rescue services and emergency response teams as well as outdoor pursuit's instructors and extreme sports participants.

This accredited qualification is ideal for those already working or preparing to work within industry wishing to become a First Aider in the workplace for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (NI) 1982.
