Essex Chronicle
The Essex Chronicle, has been serving the population of Chelmsford and the surrounding areas for around 250 years. For around the last fifty years the home of the Essex Chronicle was its purpose built headquarters situated in Westway on the edge of Chelmsford.
However following changes in the industry the time was right for Essex Chronicle to move again, transferring its operations from Westway to bright new modern offices in Springfield, the opposite side of Chelmsford.
Like all office relocations there were challenges to overcome. Moving a business which occupies 25,000sq ft into accommodation of around 4,500 sq ft. Transforming a rather grey, bleak first floor office to a bright, modern spacious media centre, with storage space a plenty, oh and did I mention the tight budget and seemingly impossible time scales?
Step forward Enaflo.
From the first meeting with Tracey Green it was obvious she had grasped the challenge, and worked with us in creating a number of initial layout ideas,
