About Us
TS Mentoring provides free, confidential mentoring, disability support, and practical advice for adults in and around the Birmingham and West Midlands area. We understand that life can be challenging, and many people experience isolation, loneliness, stress, or uncertainty. Our services are designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and person-centred space where adults with disabilities can be heard, understood, and supported.
Our core services include:
One-to-one mentoring tailored to your needs, helping with confidence-building, self-belief, navigating life transitions, managing stress, and setting personal goals.
Disability check-in support for light-touch, regular contact, encouragement, and connection without committing to full mentoring sessions.
Friendship groups offering a supportive, inclusive environment to meet others, share experiences, reduce loneliness, and build a sense of belonging.
Practical guidance and advice to help adults with disabilities overcome barriers, gain clarity, and take positive next steps in life.
At TS Mentoring, we provide flexible, person-centred support. You are always in control of what you talk about, the type of support you receive, and your pace and goals. Participation is voluntary, inclusive, and designed to respect individual needs.
Our services are not therapy, counselling, or crisis support, but we can signpost individuals to appropriate specialist services when needed. All services are completely free, confidential, and delivered with compassion, understanding, and a focus on practical outcomes.
