I’m an award winning Advanced Professional Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP, IEMT & EFT Practitioner, specialising in paediatric therapies, helping children manage emotional challenges, mental health issues. I also work with adults.
Through Little Mind Masters, I offer both online & in-person sessions, providing support tailored to each child’s needs.

In addition to 1:1 work, I run Wellbeing Classes & Workshops for children, equipping them with tools & strategies to build resilience & regulate their emotions. These are available both in person & online. I also offer a variety of workshops for adults.

As a trained Hypnotherapy Tutor & Supervisor, I deliver Diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy & Working with Children.
