Here at Back2Fitness Physiotherapy we specialize in treating musculo-skeletal, orthopedic, occupational health and rheumatic disorders. We aim to uphold the highest standards and most up-to-date and evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches.
We take the time to listen to your story, listen to how your condition is affecting you, your lifestyle and those close to you, what your expectations and goals you wish to achieve.
We will then look to perform an in-depth physical assessment and formulate an individualized treatment program.
We will then give you a full explanation as to the nature of your condition, your prognosis and what we can do to help you.
Treatments can involve a number of techniques including advice and education, manual therapy (joint /soft tissue manipulation, soft tissue massage, joint/spinal manipulation), acupuncture, electro-therapy as well as an individualized home exercise program.
We believe in treating the under-lying cause of your problems and not just the symptoms. We adopt a hands-on approach to treatment and use exercise therapy to help maintain improvements achieved.
All Therapists at Back2Fitness Physiotherapy are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). They have also passed advanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS - formally known as Criminal Records Bureau - CRB) checks. We are also registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
